These terms & conditions (the “T&C” or “Terms”) govern your access and use of our Website and services at essaytreasures.com (the “Website”). Please read them carefully.

By submitting the order form or payment, you confirm that you fully read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions which form the entire agreement between essaytreasures.com and you.

We specialize in writing different types of academic papers. You can order essays, term papers, research papers, lab reports, dissertations, theses, and other pieces of writing from us. When using our writing services, you can get papers written at any academic level such as high school, college, university, MA, and PhD.

Price Quote

If you want to purchase an academic work from us, you can place an order on the respective page of our website. However, if you desire to find out the price for your project prior to placing your order, you can ask our support team for a price quote. Provide the assignment details, and our support agents will calculate the sum of money will need to pay for your piece of writing. Bear in mind that you can ask our support agents for help in case any issues with order placement arise.


If you have any questions about our service or your order(s), feel free to contact our support representatives anytime, as they work around the clock. In order to get answers to your questions, you can use any of the offered communication channels, i.e. live chat, phone number, or email.

We care for your privacy and never share your personal information with the writers or any third party. All data is kept strictly confidential. Please do not disclose your personal details to the writers directly. All sensitive information is to be provided via Support. You bare full responsibility for the consequences of breaking Terms of our services.

Deadlines and Delivery Policy

The deadline options we offer range from 3 hours to 2 months. When placing your order, you can choose the one which you consider the most suitable for your type of assignment. All papers are delivered on time! If you desire to get your academic paper earlier, its cost will be recalculated and you will be supposed to place an additional order.

Ordering Process

Ordering papers from us is very easy. The entire procedure takes a few steps only:

  1. Fill in the order form. Provide explicit instructions as to how to complete your assignment. Indicate a topic, deadline, number of pages, subject, academic level, and other important details. Remember that it is essential to give us all guidelines for your assignment when placing your order. Still, if your paper is in progress and you want to provide additional material, you can do it when no more than 10-15% of the deadline has passed.
  2. Make a payment. Once the payment is received, the writer will start working on your order  immediately.
  3. Communicate with the writer. Note that you can communicate with the expert assigned to your order during the writing process.
  4. Download your paper. Once the deadline expires, you can download your work from your online account. At your request, your order can be delivered to the email which you have indicated in the order form. We guarantee plagiarism-free papers on any topic. As a double check of the paper originality, you are free to order a full plagiarism PDF report while placing the order or afterwards by contacting our Customer Support Team.

Submitting a Refund Application

Users of our writing service are entitled to ask for a refund for up to 2 weeks (14 days) of the date of their order expiring. Needless to say perhaps, there are no time restrictions in place if the customer is claiming the paper (or any part of the paper) they received is plagiarized. However, they will be asked to show irrefutable proof (i.e. a reliable report) that our writer is responsible for the plagiarism.

Note: We do not accept reports from SafeAssign.com as reliable proof because this system draws attention to cases of ‘plagiarism’ that are not genuine, e.g., correctly-cited quotations/references and other elements that are not usually considered to be plagiarism. As well as this, we do not accept hand-made notes alleging plagiarism. By contrast, however, we are happy to accept reports from Turnitin.com, iThenticate, WriteCheck and some other services.

  1. essaytreasures.com is not responsible for instances of plagiarism in the customer’s part of a continuation order. It is only those sections written by the writers of essaytreasures.com that undergo authenticity tests.
  2. In the event a customer is dissatisfied with an order, their case will be investigated and reported on by our Refunds Department. Where claims made by the customer are justified, essaytreasures.com will issue a full or partial refund. Customers can expect a response within three to four business days.


Customers are offered free revisions for up to 2 days after a deadline passes. After this free revision window has expired, a fresh order will be needed. If, by agreement, a writer undertakes any revisions without additional reimbursement, no future refund can be provided against that order.

We offer free revisions for up to 30 days after the deadline passing for longer paper, e.g., those with twenty pages or more.

We cannot, unfortunately, offer free revisions where original instructions are changed. Furthermore, if essential materials/information is not forthcoming until a project is underway or completed, a new order may be needed by way of compensation.

Where a customer takes up our offer of complimentary revisions, they will need to put in place a suitably-revised deadline when setting out their instructions. If there is difficulty reassigning an order or if the requirements are complicated, the revised paper can take up to one day to complete but we always strive to meet deadlines.

Customers should monitor their email and account pages for the possibility of messages from us. Occasionally, crucial materials are not included with an order, but it is each customer’s responsibility to make sure we have everything we need to complete orders satisfactorily.

A customer has a possibility of choosing an “Extended Revision” additional service during the order placement, for only 15% of the order price. It provides a free revision timeframe extension up to 14 days. Nonetheless, requesting a revision should comply with initial requirements. Kindly note whether a client does not claim a revision, additional fee for “Extended Revision” is not refunded. Alternatively, 4 days Extended revision VIP service can be chosen when placing the order.

A Full Refund

If we mistakenly charge you too much or you accidently order the same paper in a duplicate form, we may refund the order price in full and/or, upon request, our support team will cancel any unwanted order.

If we fail to find you a writer, we will refund the order price in full.

If a complete refund is granted, the customer is no longer entitled to use any materials provided by essaytreasures.com.

The company can not promise any grades since every university can evaluate the content of papers differently. However, a professor’s feedback is to be considered by the Refund Department when reviewing the complaint. If writer overlooked the instructions provided by a customer, a partial/full refund will be provided.

While applying for a refund, please keep in mind, that we can not revise and refund the order at the same time. The whole order is to be analyzed for the compliance with the provided instructions.

A Client is not eligible for a full refund, if the order was verified late and Writer did not receive a respective extension to complete the assignment.

A Partial Refund

If a customer mistakenly selects an incorrect length of paper when ordering, we may refund part of the order price.

If a customer mistakenly selects the incorrect academic or writing level when ordering, we may refund part of the order price.

If a customer mistakenly provides contradictory instructions, we may refund part of the order price.

Cancelling an order after it has been allocated to a writer:

Note: Cancellation is not possible where a deadline still has thirty percent left and a writer is assigned or where an order is ready and uploaded.

All tips are non-refundable
The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

Late Verification

Customers are usually requested to verify their orders by our Finance team in a bid to prevent identification fraud. Sometimes customers are late providing the required verification so the deadline clock will not start ticking until the necessary paperwork is received. If this delay is a problem, a deadline extension may be negotiated or the customer can submit a new order to compensate the writer if the work is urgent.

Word Count Issues

We work order length out by word count with each page estimated to have 300 words. Papers of the technical type are not calculated in this way because of their numeric nature. In cases like these, cost is determined by level of complexity.

PowerPoint Presentation orders. Speaker notes are a paid-for service. Customers may choose this option when submitting an order. essaytreasures.com will provide notes with between 100 and 150 words beneath each .ppt slide.

If you have an online test to complete, we can help. Cost is worked out on the basis of five questions/answers per page and the total number of questions/pages, e.g., a customer with a ten-question assignment should order/pay for a two-page assignment.


essaytreasures.com will require compensation for early delivery. Where a customer requires a paper to be delivered earlier, the cost will need to be recalculated and the customer will be asked to submit an extra order. Should our writer agree to deliver a paper earlier without additional payment, refunds cannot be issued later.

If our company is late delivering a customer’s order and we have not arranged a deadline extension, the customer will be at least refunded in part.

Order Type

We ask customers to choose the correct assignment type when ordering, e.g., “Essay” or “Book Review.”

The practice of rephrasing/rewording a text is known as rewriting. Additional payment will only be required if we are requested to provide “fresh” content, e.g., additional text, research or new sources.

Customers are advised to keep a check on their email or user account area for possible correspondence from us. On-time response is appreciated, especially in cases where customer input is required.

Stored Credentials

How long will card details be stored?

We never store your credit/debit card information or any other payment-related information on our site. The only personal data stored by our site is your name and surname chosen when making your first order with us.

We work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

The transactions are processed by the third-party, legally authorized entities such as Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap.

Additional information in regards to stored credentials use can be found in T&C of the payment processor you choose when check out.

How will my stored card details be used?

Your credit card details are stored securely by the third-party payment processor. When you enter your credit or debit card details on our website,in fact, the information is sent directly to secure databases maintained by the payment processors(Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap), who then complete the transaction. Credit card details are never transmitted to, or stored on our servers.

Can these terms change?

Changes in the permitted use will require your agreement. Other changes can be applied in accordance with PCI standards. No change can take place without your consent.

VIP Account

A free draft option in a “VIP Account” is not applicable to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. In addition, free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hour urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.
